IQF means Individually Quick Frozen. This technology freezes water chestnut pieces quickly and separately, which helps lock freshness, natural crispness, original flavor and nutritional value. It also reduces clumping and supports convenient portion usage.

We supply whole, sliced, diced and strip frozen water chestnuts. Standard options include whole (≥19mm), slices (20–30mm diameter, 4–6mm thickness) and dice (5×5mm, 6×6mm, 8×8mm, 10×10mm). Custom sizes are provided upon request.

The standard MOQ is 12 metric tons. For mixed container shipments with multiple items, we can discuss and adjust based on your actual needs.

Our own manufacturig plant holds main international food safety certifications such as BRC, HACCP and ISO 22000. Most products meet food safety requirements of the EU, US and Japanese markets.

The shelf life is usually 24 months from production date. Products should be stored continuously at −18 °Cor lower to maintain quality and safety.

Frozen water chestnuts keep better crispness and natural flavor. They generally contain no added preservatives, brine or metallic aftertaste, providing a cleaner taste closer to fresh products.

They can be cooked directly from frozen in stir-fries, soups and hot dishes. For cold food uses, thawing in a refrigerator for 6–8 hours is recommended to keep good texture.

We follow a strict processing flow: washing, peeling, cutting, proper anti-browning treatment, blanching, cooling and IQF freezing. This process helps maintain natural white color and slow enzymatic browning.

Bulk packs: 10kg/carton, 1kg×10 bags/carton, pallet or tote packaging. Retail packs: 500g, 1kg, 8oz, 1lb, 16oz per bag. Custom packaging is available for brand customers.

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading) and irrevocable L/C at sight. Both terms are widely used and secure in international trade.

Standard lead time is 15–30 days after receiving deposit and order confirmation. During peak harvest season (November–March), you are suggested to place orders earlier to ensure stable supply.

Raw materials are mainly from Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, a region known for suitable water chestnut planting. Local climate and soil help support stable raw materials supply.

We offer free samples (1–2kg) to qualified business purchasers. You only need to bear the international shipping cost. Samples are usually sent within 3–5 working days.

The main loading port is Xiamen Port, China. We can also arrange shipment from other major Chinese ports such as Shanghai and Ningbo to match your logistics plan.

We carry out strict inspections from raw materials selection to processing, freezing, packaging and storage. Each batch is tested for microbiological indicators, heavy metals and pesticides to meet market standards.

The main harvest season is from November to March each year. During this period, we prepare enough high-quality raw materials to support stable production and supply.

You can inspect intact packaging, no obvious thawing or freezer burn, even color, natural crispness and no abnormal odors. Our products are shipped with quality certificates and batch traceability codes.
