FAQ

  • What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for container shipment?

    Our MOQ for full container load (FCL) is 1 x 40ft reefer container (mixed products are acceptable, e.g., frozen edamame + frozen bamboo shoots). For LCL orders, the MOQ is 12 tons in total. We offer flexible mixing options to meet different market demands, and OEM packaging can be customized for FCL orders.

  • What is the lead time for container shipment as a frozen vegetables manufacturer?

    - For stock products: 7-10 working days (including container loading, customs clearance and booking confirmation)
    - For custom/OEM orders: 15-25 working days (based on order volume)
    We are 40km away from Xiamen Seaport, so container delivery to the port takes only 1-2 hours, ensuring on-time departure as per shipping schedule.

  • Do your container shipments comply with international food safety standards?

    Yes. All our frozen products are certified with ISO22000:2018, FDA, HACCP, HALAL, Kosher and SEDEX. For container shipments, we provide full set of export documents including Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate (if needed) and Cold Chain Temperature Record. Each container is sealed with a tamper-proof seal, and we track temperature in real-time during transit.

  • What packaging do you use for container shipment?

    We use food-grade PE inner bags + corrugated cartons (15kg per carton) for bulk container shipment, which are stackable and moisture-proof. For retail/OEM orders, we can customize packaging (printing logos, labels in multiple languages) and use shrink-wrapped pallets to ensure stability during container transportation. All packaging meets international shipping standards.

  • Which ports do you ship containers to as Frozen edamame manufacturer?

    We ship from Xiamen/Shanghai seaport to major ports worldwide, including: Los Angeles, Long Beach, New York (USA); Rotterdam, Hamburg (Europe); Dubai (Middle East); Singapore, Bangkok (ASEAN); Sydney (Australia), etc. We cooperate with top shipping lines (MAERSK, COSCO, MSC) to provide competitive freight rates and stable schedules for container shipments.

  • What payment terms are available for container orders?

    For FCL container orders, we accept: T/T (30% deposit, 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight (irrevocable), DP/DA (for long-term clients). Payment in USD/EUR is preferred for international container shipments.

  •         What types of containers do you use for frozen food export as a frozen vegetables manufacturer?

    We (Jindefu Foods) mainly use 20-feet and 40-feet reefer containers (temperature-controlled at -18℃) for bulk export, which can load up to 12 tons or 23 tons of frozen vegetables、 mushroom and fruits. For small batch orders, we also support LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation with professional cold chain logistics partners. All containers comply with international food transport standards (ISO 6346) and are inspected before loading to ensure temperature stability during transit.

  • What if the product contains a lot of foreign materials?

    As a professional frozen vegetables manufacturer and frozen fruits manufacturer specializing in FCL container export, we implement a 3-tier foreign body control system to eliminate contamination risks for bulk shipments:
    1. Pre-production: Raw materials (including edamame from our Frozen edamame manufacturer line) pass metal detection and optical sorting before processing;
    2. In-production: All production lines are equipped with industrial metal detectors, X-ray inspection machines and manual picking stations;
    3. Pre-loading: Each carton for container shipment is rechecked, and a full container load sample is tested by a third-party lab (SGS/Intertek) before sealing.
