40ft Reefer Container Loading Process Bulk Shipment Quality Control

Cargo Loading Step 1: First Row Placement
Workers complete neat placement of the first row of frozen food cartons in the 40ft reefer container, ensuring structural stability. This foundational step prevents cargo shifting during long-distance ocean transportation for bulk orders.

Cargo Loading Step 2: Full Container Loading
All frozen food cartons are fully loaded into the reefer container with tight arrangement and no gaps. This maximizes cargo capacity (up to 25 tons per 40ft reefer) for cost-effective bulk global shipments.

Cargo Loading Step 3: Close One Door
One side door of the reefer container is closed in preparation for sealing. This intermediate step divtains temperature stability (-18°C ±2°C) inside the container during the sealing process for bulk frozen cargo.

Cargo Loading Step 4: Close All Doors & Apply Lead Seal
Both container doors are closed and lead-sealed to ensure cargo security and temperature integrity. This final step complies with international export standards, protecting bulk frozen food shipments during transit to global markets.

Frozen Mushroom FAQ
Q1: What species of mushrooms do you supply in frozen form?
A: We regularly supply frozen button mushrooms, shiitake, oyster mushrooms, eryngii (king oyster), and mixed mushrooms. Custom species are available subject to minimum order quantity and seasonality.
Q2: What is the difference between IQF and block-frozen mushrooms?
A: IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) keeps pieces separate and free-flowing, ideal for portion control. Block frozen is packed in solid blocks, more cost-effective for bulk cooking. Both meet food safety standards.
Q3: Do your frozen mushrooms require thawing before cooking?
A: Most of our frozen mushrooms can be cooked directly from frozen without thawing. Thawing is optional but can result in softer texture and excess moisture release.

A: When stored continuously at -18°C or below, our frozen mushrooms maintain optimal quality for 18 months from production date.
Q5: How do you ensure the quality and safety of frozen mushrooms?

A: All frozen mushrooms are produced from carefully selected fresh mushrooms harvested at optimal ripeness. Raw materials undergo rigorous inspection before processing.
