2. We Do Not Accept Orders with a Volume Less than a 20-Foot Container (20rf).
To maintain consistent product quality, we decline orders that require Less than a Container Load (LCL) shipping, because partial container loading brings unavoidable risks during long-distance transportation. In underfilled containers, cartons of IQF frozen vegetables tend to shift and collide. This instability directly results in packaging damage, product breakage, and quality loss such as increased water loss and texture changes. With proper loading and reinforcement, full containers keep goods stable and protect the quality of IQF frozen vegetables throughout the entire shipping process.
3. We Currently Focus on Serving O ther International Markets and Do Not Accept New Inquiries for the Indian Market.
Our product positioning, pricing structure, and quality standards are optimized for markets outside India.
Therefore, we are unable to accept new orders, quotations, or custom requests for the Indian market until further notice.
